In the first hour of this morning's show (1/28/08) Thom gave a list of economic figures comparing pre-Bush with where we are now...ie., surplus when he came into office & current debt; media salary when he came in & current median salary; pre-Bush per family health care costs vs. now, etc. It was quite telling, and Thom asked "how do you suppose he's going to spin this in his speech tonight?" Is there a written summary of this somewhere? Thanks!

Get a grip Thom. The caller that said she fears a republican winning the WH is ridiculous no matter who we nominate. After the horrors of Bush and this administration's disaster no republican will win the WH...period. More wars, Iraq forever, no health care, permanent tax cuts for the wealthy etc. Give me a break. Voters are coming out in droves not because of the candidates but out of NECESSITY to stop what has happened to our nation. Enough is enough and they know they MUST do something to change direction or lose our democracy. No republican will win the WH...period No republican will win the WH this election...period. They will get only slightly more than 30% of the vote, about what they have now.

This is a non sequitur.
