Did anyone else experience the rolling Brownouts from around 11am-8pm this past Sunday? It was very unusual as every 10 minutes or so, there would be a surge then appliances would shut off (Yeee...no computer) and lights would turn on by themselves. Weird! Anyway, PGE was reporting it was a Main Transmission Line, which would mean from the Columbia River. (I think) What I find so weird is that I've googled, searched news etc. and there is absolutely no mention of it. I know it affected quite a few people because we have relatives that live a couple of miles away and they were experiencing the same thing. Why no news? Was it insignificant or more? Many people out here I've talked to say they've never experienced anything like it. Thanks for any replies. Sign me, just curious & slightly paranoid
