I thought it was hokum, until I read the page that explains how it was all spontaneous and unstaged.

Pretty bizarre. It would appear the trees were telepathically calling for help from the horses.

This really boils down to a religious war. Mechanistic Christians versus Naturalistic Druids. Man the harvester versus woman the nurturer.

And of course, horse the protester.
