I wonder how many States have sued the federal government lately...

I couldn't find this story in one California paper (looked in LA Times, SF Chroncile). Surprise, surprise...

What can you say about a guy (Bush) who says we have to have "a national strategy", and then his team at Bali is the biggest impediment in the world as regards fomenting binding national strategies?

Whatever Bush really believes about greenhouse gas increases, his own actions clearly are at odds with his own statements.

My own theory, they know there is going to be a democrat in the WH in '09, so they (I certainly don't give Bush that much credit) are trying to make as much chaos and mess in this country and abroad as possible.

It will take 4 years (at least to turn it around) , and in the mean time I suspect the economy may get worse, so who gets blamed, hmm the democratic president.

Does this sound like a replay of the Carter era, followed by 12 years of republican rule!!!

Just my own theory.
