Interesting bit on the desperation of people who will follow anyone for religion. Why peaople can't just live decent lives without getting involved in a church or following any one 'purported connector' such as TV evangelists is beyond my comprehension, but the stories of their fallout, which always happens, are always an interesting look at the human psyche.

Just as disturbing (scary) they consorted with politicians which means someone who makes political decisions would have listened to them.
