I think the real question on everyones' minds is: how will/can this teenager learn to become a "functional" part of society. Where is the "balance" in his actions?
Obviously, a boy who sits all day daydreaming/meditating inside his own head isn't paying attention to the everyday "needs" a boy his age should be attending to.
Sure, he maybe gaining spiritual enlightenment... ...and that may all be well and good.
But, (since the kid is obviously a "slacker" who just sits around all day under a tree), those with his best interests in mind need to be asking, "what is the best and most profitable way to commoditize this boy's situation? There has to be profit involved because his lack of external attention and physical efforts/labors are not "worth" anything."
OK - I admit my post is VERY tongue in cheek. But I just had to add my 2 cent comment. ;D
