Hey too bad we can't go back to Clinton era diplomacy, when Madeleine Albright gave the crazy dictator a basketball to keep him happy.

That was economical peacekeeping.

Sure enough, this is one of the photos I use on one of my blogs.

A little champagne, a little cheese and a basketball is all we need to tame a dictator. Boy life was simple back then...

Good recent posts guys!

I was pondering this serious problem with North Korea, then it hit me:

This is just a bad dream. After all, Madeline Halfbright and Jimmy Jimmy used their superior grasp of complex international relations, superb understanding of peoples and cultures, and their highly refined sensitivities to the needs and viewpoints of other cultures (little diabolical dickheads included!),

and ENGAGED with North Korea in MEANINGFUL DIALOGUE and discussions and diplomacy, and negotiated

an END to the problem.

So clearly folks, there is no problem. It was solved 12 years ago by these superior, refined, elite public servants, during the Clinton GORE administration. So, there isn't any current problem, even with a tougher cowboy now in the oval office!

Earlier in this thread, it was stated that North Korea is not a danger to the U.S. or anyone.

So glad to know there's no danger, despite test lauching long range missiles over Japan, in a nice new creative way to ENGAGE the Japanese and say HI! No danger, despite their now likely ability to hit Seattle, Portland, and San Francisco with plutonium greetings!

They were obviously seriously violating the l995 agreement for a long time, and developed nukes with weaponry, before Bush even took office.

But, oh my, it was Bush's little speech calling them names (long after they had been in serious violation and were already nuclear!), axis of evil, that

HURT their FEELINGS! Poor little babies!

So, it wasn't North Korea's fault, despite many months of extensive violations leading to nuke weapons before Bush took office,

it's ALL Bush's fault , one little line in a speech that hurt their feelings!

Come to think of it, there's never been any international unrest, terrorism, Muslims vs just about everybody conflicts, tension over Kashmir province, or 67 War, or 73 Yom Kippur war, or AlQaeda summit in May 2000 at Kuala Lumpur finalizing the basic 9/11 plans, or anything at all bad in the world,

until Bush took office. Up until the Day Bill Clinton pardoned boatloads of tax cheats and drug dealing slimeballs on his final day, the whole world new nothing but total harmony!

Stupid cowboy!
