Today January 4, in Toronto the temperature hit 52F and now 5 PM EST it is 50 F.
yet I know that we get days like that in the past,but....the last week has been around low to mid 40s and the next week the forecast the same.
In fact in a much colder clime that is Montreal, it is now 50F! For Montreal that is VERY unusual.
Over the past Xmas week, local newspapers have been commenting on the lack of a white Xmas period in majority of Canada. Again quite unusual and well out of the norm.
What will it take to figure it out
