Thom often mentions a CEO, for an HMO it think, or maybe a drug company, with some outrageous compensation package and states, "that's Billion, with a "B"".

Does anyone know who this is, what company it was, or is, he works for how much money was it, and where I can verify this?

Got myself into a discussion and need the backup. Thanks for help/
