One of the Dirty Dozens of scoundrels, "Dusty" Foggo, is represented by attorney Mark Geragos. Believe it or not, Geragos refuses to undergo a background security clearance need to receive all classified discovery material needed to represent his client!! Is he looking for a test case? If Geragos' name sounds familiar, you're right! He loves lots of face time with the media and high-profile clients.
