I've now made all the sections on this forum except "Open Space / Lounge / Feedback" read only. Please use the new forum to post.
If you have tried to sign up at thomhartmann.com but have not received an email from the system to reply to, then send me an email at administrator@thomhartmann.com using the email account that you signed up with, and I'll tell the system to let you in. We do this in case you miss-typed your email address.
If you have any other problems joining up there, then please either email me (but don't give me your password) or leave me a message here in "Open Space / Lounge / Feedback" with details (but not your email address or password).
We hope to carry across all the messages from here into the new forum over the next few days, including some membership details so the system knows who posted what. Most of the old sections will be carried across, if not all.
I hope you enjoy the new site with its blogs, videos and other fun stuff.

I tried sending an email to the address you used for the new board, and got "Technical details of permanent failure: PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 13): 550 unknown user" back.

I'm not sure what is going on, I tried to find the site, and then did find it, and then I didn't get a response, but now I have. This is confusing, and what has happen to the old forums, but some are still here, apparently. This is going to take time to catch up, but the dialogue is great, and keep on going, because it gives us hope about the planet. I will check back, and see what has happen.
You need to go to thomhartmann.com and click on "No account yet? Register" which is half way down on the right hand side, and register. You should then be sent an email by the system, and when you respond to that, you should be able to log in. If you don't get the email, please let me know here.
All the posters have now moved over there. We are working on moving all the messages from here across, too.

Back in 1998 when I finished my novel, "The future of slavery", a novel I began writing in prison, while doing time for selling hashish. I thought, well, they extradited me from South America because I sold two ounces of hashish, the plan must be to have well stocked prisons with political/marijuana prisoners. Why else would they go through all the trouble to bring me back from so far away???? Prison factories!
Pretty paranoid wasn't it?
My friends told me at the time, the title was too paranoid, and depressing. I changed the title to "Birth of an Angel". If you read it you might see why. Then along comes Bush and starts making everything I wrote about come true! He also tells America that Saddam Hussien will attack us with a "mushroom cloud". Wow, what a crazy paranoid fantasy! Yesterday, here in Denver, the Tom Hartman and Randi Rhodes shows were taken off the air because of "poor ratings". Probably nothing to do with Mitt Romney buying up Clear Channel. All our media now speaks with one voice and forked tongue!
Now we have Ed Shultz instead of Tom Hartman. Hey, if I wanted to listen to a talking pig I'd put on Loony Toons, ok

I can't figure out how to post either, I received a discussion community info back, used the same username, I have always had, and tried to go to thomhartman.com, and don't know. I'll try again, but don't know. Just been reading and enjoying that, I love that everyone is so articulate.
