Hello Administrator:

I am a premium member and signed up so I could get access to the archives on The White Rose Society site. I was unable on your website to find any way to contact you on your site to find out why. Which really ticks me off. When I try to use the Archives it asks for login information but will not accept my login for this site. How do I get into the archives, I paid my $20 to Groupee on November 10th of last year and have as yet to get what I thought I was paying for. I live in Ohio and have no other way to listen to your show except the internet. I am an XM Radio subscriber and listen on the weekend. I paid $20 to have access to edited shows so I can listen to edited shows at my convenience; which would be well worth the price ,but so far all I've got for my $20 is high level of frustration, can someone help me please. cosbear

Hi cosbear,

Have you been here and followed the instructions?

If so, and it didn't work, what happened?

P.S. I'm sorry you've had a problem. I'll redesign the site to make it more obvious where to go.

Thanx a million Sue I don't know how I missed that though I was going to the Rose Society site. I had thought that I had looked over this site well as well. Not well enough obviously, I feel like an idiot. But what bothered me most is I just couldn't figure out how to email you for help. Maybe I missed that too. Have a great day, I guess I'll keep that subscription going. I'm happy!!! I love Tom's show and now I can listen to it edited whenever I want. Have a great day Sue. cosbear

Phew!

Don't worry, it's very easy to get lost on web sites.

There's a "contact us" link at the bottom of the page, but you seem to have found a way that works. Smiler
