You are an extremist is you live a sustainable life. You are an extremist if you choose to use public transportation. You are an extremist if you recycle 100% of your waste. You are an extremist if you repudiate mediocrity in politicians. You are an extremist if you refuse to vote for politicians owned by corporations. You are an extremist if you choose not to drive an SUV or other gas guzzler. You are an extremist if you challenge people married to the status quo. You are an extremist if you choose to live by standards outside the “box.” You are an extremist if you have the audacity to think for yourself. You are an extremist if you choose to have a non-Thom Hartmann thought, or a non-Democrat thought, or a non-Republican thought. You are an extremist if you challenge the ‘inside the belt-way’ mantra. You are an extremist if you choose to communicate non-strategically and thus succumb to ass kissing. You are an extremist if you choose to do healing work. You are an extremist if you listen to wisdom teachers, instead of analytic tripe. You are an extremist if you give yourself over to an ancient way of knowing instead of listen to the ‘professors’ whose opinion and beliefs are superior to everyone else. You are an extremist if you honor other species other than anthropocentric norms. You are an extremist by electing a life style that heals the Earth instead of destroys her. You are an extremist by choosing to walk with the poor, and refuse the crumbs offered by entrenched politicians getting wealthy off of their backs. You are an extremist if you repudiate lies by the Hillary’s and Hartmann’s of the world. You are an extremist if you if you don’t have your nose buried up the corporate rear end. You are an extremist if you are a vegetarian. You are an extremist if honor indigenous wisdom instead of Eurocentric nonsense. You are an extremist for possessing the audacity to believe one person can make a difference. You are an extremist for not owning a TV. You are an extremist if your life follows your own values, ideas, and commitments instead of a pack of sheep. You are an extremist if you don’t work inside the beltway, or for all those who do.
As a final act of defiance and thus of extremism, hold in your minds eye a metaphoric fist held in front of you face, while I raise my middle finger to the sky. This is from me and the Earth. From the 100 species per day going extinct on this planet; and the poor you people shit on every day, including the chief chuckle head.

I don't know much about sheep, except that a shepard is usually a friendly guide, although the wolf with bared fangs can be successful in getting the sheep to change course too. Thanks to eleyball for the following prayer; it seems fitting for this thread.
