Ivanovic took tips from Sven Groenefeld during her run to her first grand slam final but will have to make do without his services for the most important match of her life.
Groenefeld is under contract to a sportswear giant and cannot coach Ivanovic in the final as her opponent Justine Henin is sponsored by the same company.
this situation is very wrong. Whatever "sportswear giant" we are talking about here is doing, is changing the outcome of the game by its influence, for no other reason than its monetary gain.
How is that different from a racketeer fixing a sporting event?
