If corporations want the constitutional rights of individual (corporate personhood) then they need to meet the requirement to be citizens of this country. It seem that most of our major defense contractors and other corporations have move their cooperate headquarters off shore to avoid paying taxes. If they don’t pay taxes they can’t be a citizen of this country. When an American citizen works overseas they are still obliged to pay their taxes. I know that this seems like a small point but the Cons have nipped away at our country a little bit at a time and its time take it back a little bit at a time. Either take away corporate personhood from offshore companies or make them move back and pay their taxes like the rest of us.

If corporations move offshore, they should be required to take the necessary vaccinations. If they don't, strip them of citizenship and prohibit their activies within the U.S. We have enough domestic viruses in some of the U.S. based ones to contend with.
