This is a very educational movie dealing with religion, 9/11, Iraq war, money supply and the near future of my grandchildren. Enjoy (2 hours)

Only the first part is really interesting, the part where they show Christianity was copied from pagan religions.

The last third of the movie reveals it to be of Libertarian bent. Which is fine, as fas as that goes, but I question the characterization of FDR as a tool of "international banking". FDR was a pretty good populist.

And what about the part which casts JFK as some kind of seer, who was taken away before he could show us the light.

Wasn't JFK a New Deal Democrat?

Yes, and it only shows the Libertarian wacko wing of the party don't really care where the nihilistic thoughts come from just as long as they can be used as tools.

I haven't found 2 hours to devote to watching it, but the comments have me interested enough to find the time.

You know this movie, "Zeitgeist", claims there were not the requisite number of states ratifying the 16th Amend. (federal income tax).

Actually, 42 of the 48 state legislatures ratified it.

A blatant misrepresentation.

So, if you're a "war-tax protester", it is civil disobedience: willful disobeying of law. As was Thoreau (engaged in civil disobedience).

Thanks for pointing that out Brent.
I just have to wonder how they thought as much. I mean most lies have a certain truth to them. Did you uncover any reason why they would be so confused and to continually state a lie?

Anyway...
I wondered if you had seen my post at here.

Well, FDR's policies did keep bankers from being strung up on lamp posts. So, I suppose you can say he worked to save the financial community.

My guess is because they are Libertarians.

I used to read some Harry Browne campaign stuff. He'd claim there were no poor people in the U.S. in the 19th century.

Totally disconnected from truth, but in a different way than the lie about the amendment.
